I am an enthusiastic and dedicated professional with extensive skills and experience in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Costing and Estimating acquired from a diverse and rewarding career in construction procurement.

Have worked as manager and QS at Coneely Group, ADL Group, Alard Construction and many more. Proven in the delivery of commercial and residential medium and large scale projects, through the identification and provision of customer requirements within timescale to budget. A dynamic professional who is adept in managing, motivating and developing successful and productive teams to ensure full delivery of stakeholder objectives. I utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build mutually beneficial internal and external relationships, adopting a confident approach to customer liaison. Quick to grasp new ideas and concepts, and to develop innovative and creative solutions to problems. I have a high level of commercial awareness and thrive in result-oriented environments. Currently I am a full member of the Chartered Institute of Building and an Associate member of the RICS.
